Tofu Balls with Vegetables

Ingredients 1:

  • 2 medium Carrot, cut into pieces and blend.
  • 1 Cauliflower, cut into pieces and blend.
  • Cheese (optional), blend.
  • 10 Tofu.
  • Mushroom (optional). nlend
  • 5 cloves garlic, cut into pieces, fried and blend.
  • 7 cloves shallot, cut into pieces, fried and blend.
  • 1 onion. cut into pieces, fried and blend.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 egg, mix.
  • 400 ml water.
  • 1 glass wheat flour.

Ingredients 2:

  • Bread crumbs
  • 4 egg, mix.

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients 1 well and put in tray.
  • Steam it until cooked and let it cool
  • Shape it until like ball or everything you want, put in Bread Crumbs n put in egg then put in Bread crumb again then frying until Gold.
