Fuyunghai/Omelette Veggies

Ingredients 1:

  • 2 Carrot (grated)
  • 250gr cabbage (cut into pieces)
  • 100gr bean sprout
  • 9 green onion (cut into pieces)
  • 2 onion

  • 250gr Meat (beef, chicken etc)..(put in bowl n give alkaline water for 15mnts then minced)
  • daging
  • 7 garlic (minced)
  • 1/2tsp pepper
  • Salt for taste

 

Steps:

  • Fried garlic with vegetable oil until smell n golden then add meat n cook until rare n add all veggeis n cook until cooked n add salt n pepperthen stir it well, turn off the stove n let it cool.

  • Take 10tbsp fried veggies n add with 2tbs wheat flour n mix it then add 1 egg(mix it before) n mix it. Prepare sauce pan  with vegetable oil with low heat stove n put Fuyunghai to sauce pan n fried it n turn side down n fried until all side cooked then drained it n ut in plate.
  • You can put Fuyunghai to refrigrator n if you want to eat you add flour n egg then fried or baked.

 

Ingredients 2:

  • 7 garlic (minced)
  • 500gr Tomato (bake n blended/tomato puree)
  • 1/2tsp pepper
  • 10 tbsp Onion fried (blended)
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • salt for taste
  • 1 carot (grated)
  • 100gr peas (ercis nut)
  • 100gr meat (minced)
  • 150gr tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mayonaise
  • 1 Onion

 

 

Steps:

  • Fry garlic in sauce pan until golden n smell add meat n fry until rare then add  peas cook until peas 1/2 cooked. Add carrot n cook until 1/2 cooked n add puree tomato, stir it well then add tomato ketchup, mayonaise, pepper, onion,sugar n salt cook until boiled n thick then add blended onion fried stir it well n turn off the stove.
  • Put tomato sauce on the top off Fuyunghai, so Fuyunghai all ready to eat. Have a nice cooking all.
  • You can add grated cheese on the top if you like it.
